Pagu is back with another round of their bartender pop-up series on Monday, February 27th. The Central Square hot spot welcomes Courtney Moy, the drink-slinger, cocktail-shaker and experience-maker from The Koji Club and The Lexington. Pop over to Cambridge between 5:00 and 10:00pm to catch Moy in action behind the bar (you can reserve a spot online here) and sip on drinks inspired by the films of Wong Kar Wai paired with a mini menu of special bar snacks whipped up by chef-owner Tracy Chang and the Pagu team.
