Once in a Century Dinner at Gargoyles

Celebrate the perfect date – Sunday, October 10th (10/10/10) – at Gargoyles where everyone’s favorite blue-haired chef, Jason Santos, will be presenting a special three-course prix fixe. The once in a century date deserves a once in a century dinner – and Santos is happy to oblige with courses like foie gras pumpkin ravioli with red onion-black truffle broth, red wine powder and tonka beans; and root beer braised osso buco with spinach and spinach fettuccine, crème fraiche, lemon zest and cinnamon-fig mascarpone.
