If there’s no time for a trip to Chile’s wine country this fall, don’t stress because chef Daniel Kenney has a fab five-course dinner planned at Clink. in the Liberty Hotel on Monday, September 18th featuring stylish sips from Montes Wines. Made with grapes grown in the Colchagua, Aconcagua, Curicó, Itata and Maule valleys, Montes produces world-class premium wines including Cabernet, Malbec, and Pinot Noir.
Head to Beacon Hill at 6:30pm to start the evening with a casual reception featuring Smokin Wellfleet Oysters paired with Montes Limited Sauvignon Blanc before you sit down to courses like Carved Heritage Pork with White Bean Cabbage Cassoulet paired with Montes Wings; and Crisp Duck with Green Lentils du Puy paired with Montes Alpha Cabernet (check out the full menu below).
Dinner costs $145 per person and there will be a Montes wine ambassador on hand to lead you through each sip (grab your spots here). If you have Qs email them or give them a call at 617.224.4004 and keep an eye on their IG for more wine dinners throughout the fall.
