Miel’s Waterfront Wine Bar est Ouvre

If the unofficial start of summer has you dreaming of sipping a glass of wine and water views you’re in luck – Miel at the InterContinental Boston is just about ready to open its Terrace Wine Bar so you can while away those summer evenings in true Provencal style. Focusing on French and American wines, the terrace bar will serve assorted Mediterranean-style small plates for snacking and live jazz on the last Friday of every month. To kick things off, on Saturday, May 30th they’ll officially begin their season with a party featuring complimentary tastings of rosé wines and Roederer Champagne, samples of Miel’s sweet crêpes and Absinthe samples from their friends at Pernod Ricard. The inaugural fun will run from 5:00 to 8:00pm but don’t worry if you can’t make it – the terrace bar will be open will from 5:00 to 10:00pm every day though September. They don’t accept reservations for the terrace, but you can always give them a call at 617.217.5151 for more information.
