You don’t need to be a bootlegger to get a taste of some elusive American single malt whiskey, you just need to grab a spot for the next whiskey dinner with Old Line Spirits’ founder and CEO Mark McLaughlin at The Smoke Shop in Harvard Square on Friday, April 28th. Acclaimed chef and pitmaster Andy Husbands’ team has a special three-course menu all set for the smoker to complement three of Old Line’s award winning whiskeys, including American Single Malt Whiskey, American Single Malt Whiskey Cask Strength, and American Single Malt Whiskey Double Oak Series – Oloroso Sherry Cask. McLaughlin will be leading a presentation about his Baltimore, Maryland craft distillery as you munch on appetizers and entrees, and in addition to the whiskey tasting you’ll get to sip on a custom event cocktail.
