You don’t need to hop a flight to California’s Napa Valley to meet Bruce Cakebread, the legendary founder of the famed Cakebread Winery, you just need to head to Clink. for a one-night-only wine dinner. On Wednesday, October 11th, you can hang with chef Daniel Kenney and the crew as they serve up four courses of fall-inspired flavors like Wood Roasted American Lamb Chops with Eggplant Tomato Tian and Merlot Herb Jus. Cakebread will be joining in on the fun to discuss the four wine pairings for each course and to also share some insight into his winemaking style and philosophies.

Head to the luxe locale inside The Liberty Hotel at 6:30pm for a reception with Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc and bites of Seared Nantucket Bay Scallops with Goat’s Milk Risotto and Basil Sprouts, and take a peek at the full menu below to see what else is in store.
