Lovin’ Holiday Leftovers

Just in time for Christmas, the BCAE and Lovin’ Spoonfuls are teaming up to teach folks how to make the most out of their holiday leftovers. Chef Alex Sáenz of Lineage will also be in the Arlington Street kitchen to show students how to transform day-old meals into new dishes in an a effort to eliminate food waste. The class, which is scheduled for Monday, December 16th from 6:00 to 9:00pm, costs $70 plus a $15 materials fee. Register online today so that you’ll be prepared come December 26th.
