KO Prime’s Homage to Beef

Where’s the beef? At KO Prime of course. On Thursday, April 23rd, chef Ken Oringer teams up with author Andrew Rimas for a very meaty evening. Rimas will be reading excerpts from his newly published book, Beef: The Untold Story of How Milk, Meat and Muscle Shaped the World, while Oringer, not to be outshone by the written word, cooks and serves a four course menu to make any carnivore smile. Guests will be able to purchase copies of the book and get them signed. Dinner, which begins at 6:30pm, costs $39 per person excluding tax, tip and drinks.
