Chef Jamie Bissonnette rounds up all the classic steakhouse dishes and gives them a KO Prime-appropriate update for his Retro Sunday menu. Expect traditional renditions of favorites like oysters Rockefeller and shrimp cocktail, as well as refreshed versions of chicken Cordon Bleu (with jambon, gruyere and trumpet mushrooms) and trout almondine (with Marcona almonds, haricots verts and parsley puree). The a la carte menu is available every Sunday night and will change on a regular basis – though the all-you-can-eat prime rib roast will be a staple on the menu week in and week out.
