Kevin Crawley Cooks at Gordon’s Culinary Center

Catch up with chef-owner Kevin Crawley at Gordon’s Fine Wine & Culinary Center on January 25th. From 7:00-9:00pm Crawley, who teaches cooking classes regularly at his popular Coriander Bistro in Sharon will be sharing his expertise via a cooking demo and tasting. David Singer, Gordon’s Wine Education Director, will be pairing some exciting wines to go with Crawley’s menu of curried butternut squash bisque with cumin crème and lamb confit; rustic braised chicken in red wine with wild mushrooms and barley risotto; and milk chocolate ganache profiterole with espresso syrup and candied hazelnuts.
