Journey to the Jura

On Tuesday, April 4th, Stan Hilbert and the Forage team are taking you on a Jura tour with a four-course wine dinner. The unique, small-production French pours get friendly with foods like cold-seared beef and deep-fried pork chops (or seared shitakes and deep-fried tempeh, for the vegetarians at the table) on the prix fixe menu.
