Putting his pairing skills to the test, chef Kevin Long hosts an exceptional wine dinner highlighting bottles from the legendary Drouhin family of wines on Thursday, November 8th. Showcasing selections from Burgundy’s Maison Joseph Drouhin as well as Oregon’s Domaine Drouhin Winery, the multi-course dinner includes courses like tuna carpaccio and ‘crisp mussels’ remoulade; viandes mélangées of pork, duck and veal; and Reblochon with Tosca’s famous mushroom pâté. Laurent Drouhin will join guests for dinner in the Wine Room and talk a little bit about the wines and the wineries. Space is limited and reservations for the $125 dinner are strongly recommended.
