The culinarians at Chickadee must have gotten a stack of new cookbooks for the holidays because they’re kicking off a brand new Cookbook Club dinner series. Starting on Thursday, January 18th, chef John daSilva and the team will be serving up some dishes plucked from the pages of their favorite tomes, beginning with Ottolenghi: The Cookbook.
Go ahead and scoop up tickets here for either 5:30 or 8:00pm and get yourself down to the Seaport’s Innovation and Design Building for a four-course, communal meal inspired by the words and recipes of authors Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi. Dinner costs $85 per person, and you’ll be able to purchase a copy of the book afterwards. If you’re feeling thirsty you can also add a wine, cocktail, or non-alcoholic beverage pairing, or choose a bottle of something from their stylish wine list.
