Japan Meets France in Lincoln

You may not have thought to pair French food with sake, but that’s why we have the professionals. On Monday, December 3rd the Passionate Foodie – that’s Richard Auffrey for those who don’t know – heads to Lincoln to teach diners a thing or two about sake (he’s a certified sake professional so he’s knows his stuff). To pair with the night’s four beverages, Auffrey will serve up a slew of facts and lore about the Japanese drink and chef Chris Chung will serve four courses of fare Francais. Dinner begins at 6:30pm and costs $55 per person (you can also pick up a copy of Auffrey’s novel Demons, Gods and Sake: Tipsy Sensei #4 for a mere $15).
