Get ready for an easy, breezy tropical night at Ledger in Salem on Thursday, June 29th at this year’s Ledger Luau. The dining room and patio at the historic Salem Savings Bank building will be transformed for the evening from 5:00 to 8:00pm with live music, a pig roast, sweet treats, and of course a lineup of tasty tiki-style cocktails (some are even served in a pineapple!).

Chef Daniel Gursha will have a whole host of beachy bites for you to graze on, including a whole roasted pig on the spit with sweet onion rolls, green mango slaw and BBQ sauce; North Country smoked ham and cheese sliders; coconut pineapple rice; pina colada cupcakes and more (check out the menu below). Your ticket also includes a welcome cocktail, plus Island Creek Oysters, Privateer Rum, Notch Brewing and Probitas Rum will be on hand to join in on the fun.
