Italian Immersion at Coriander

On Wednesday, November 29th, chef Kevin Crawley welcomes Il Capriccio’s Jeannie Rogers and her Italian guests Lorenzo Corino and Isabella Peverati to Coriander Bistro for a collaborative evening of Italian food and wine. Corino is a soil scientist and vineyard owner in Costiglione d’Asti and Peverati, who has her own argriturismo in Cassine, is a specialist in Piedmont cuisine with Ligurian influences. Guests and host team up to create the evening’s four course menu, which will be appropriately paired with accompanying wines. Dinner costs $75 per person, not including tax or gratuity.
