House of Suntory Dinner at Clink

Clink.

Head to the Liberty Hotel in Beacon Hill on Thursday, September 1st for a full izakaya experience with the crew from Clink. Chef Daniel Kenney has a four-course Japanese-inspired supper planned featuring pours of Japanese spirits including sake, gin, whisky and vodka.

You can grab a ticket online here for the House of Suntory Dinner and plan on being in the dining room at 7:00pm for passed bites of Hamachi Temaki Rolls with yuzu kewpie and tobiko with a sip of sake before sitting feasting on more oishii (delicious) pairings like Ahi Tuna Tataki with wakame, edamame and ginger with Roku Gin ‘Daisy-Bright.’

Spirits ambassador Davey Jones will lead the group through each glass during the dinner, and there will be plenty of time for questions, like why Japanese whisky is spelled without an e, and what botanicals Japanese distillers use for their gins. The full menu is below; tickets are $115 per person, and you must be 21+ to attend. For questions, reach out via email, or call 617.224.4004.
