Holiday Treats Tutorial at Coriander

Amidst the holiday craziness, take a time out at Coriander on Monday, December 22nd when chef-owner Kevin Crawley gives chef de cuisine Shannon Casey the reins at Let’s Meet for Holiday Treats, this month’s installment of his winter Food & Wine Tutorials. Casey, who spent some time in the kitchen at Ana Sortun’s Oleana, will be showing guests how to prepare some simple, unique Middle Eastern treats like prosciutto-wrapped, almond-stuffed dates; three dipping treats for crispy lavash bread; red chili garlic shrimp; and a candied pumpkin cheesecake with pumpkin seed brittle.
