On Tuesday, August 30th, Via Matta welcomes wines with a long history. Antinori Winery, which has been producing in Tuscany since the 14th century, are joining forces with the Michael Schlow restaurant for the evening. Chef Leo Asaro plans to takes these storied wines as his inspiration for the evenings multi-course menu, making sure that each dish is perfectly suited to its vinous companion.
