Calling all chefs and gluttons for punishment – Hell’s Kitchen is hosting its Boston casting call at dante on Wednesday, November 17th. They’re looking for camera-ready cookers with nerves of steel and a competitive streak – oh, and, ideally, some experience – to compete for a spot working for the infamous (and foul mouthed) Gordon Ramsay. You’ll be following in the footsteps of Boston-based cookers like Andy Husbands of Tremont 647 and Jason Santos of Gargoyles on the Square, both of whom have made appearances on the show (with varying degrees of success). If you’ve got the skills and the stamina, and you’re over the age of 21, get to dante (40 Edwin H. Land Boulevard in Cambridge) between 10:00am and 2:00pm with your resume.
