The Book & the Cook: Hacking Whiskey

Harvest Facebook

On Thursday, January 31st, Harvest is continuing their popular “Book and the Cook” series with Aaron Goldfarb, liquor-writer extraordinaire and author of Hacking Whiskey, a cookbook that explores the flavorful and creative ways brown booze can liven up your meal. This excellent evening starts at 6:00pm with a cocktail reception, where passed apps will be making the rounds, then you’ll sit for five whiskey-infused courses, each paired with an ingenious whiskey cocktail. After dinner, you’ll get to pick Aaron’s brain during a Q&A with the author and chefs, then leave with your very own signed copy of Hacking Whiskey. Tickets are $75 per guest including all of the above plus tax and tip. Get ‘em while they’re hot! Click here.
