Game Time at T.W. Food

Chef Tim Wiechmann’s got game – six courses worth, which he’ll be serving as one delicious prix fixe on Thursday, November 21st. Reserve a table at the fourth annual Wild Game Dinner to enjoy some classics (like the grouse puff pastry tourte) as well as some fanciful new dishes (like confit squab éclairs).
