On Monday, December 4th, Café ArtScience wants to talk about the future. Master booze-educator Alex Murray will be leading a discussion on the timeline of wine and beer, how it influenced cultures in the past, and where it might be headed in the next century. Murray will be joined by the Café’s resident spirits wizard Tenzin Samdo, who will add his thoughts on the future of alcohol along with a demonstration of a new and technological way to consume drinks. The conversation starts at 7:00 and is expected to run until 8:30pm. Guests are encouraged to come early and stay late for drinks at the bar.
