The crew at Viale is celebrating democracy by once again bringing fried chicken to the people this Tuesday, July 4th. Chef Greg Reeves and his Central Square team will be frying up buckets of crispy, crunchy chicken from 5:00 to 8:30pm, which you can eat ons-site or pick up to take out. Choose three, six or nine piece buckets, and no need to worry about sides as each meal comes with mac and cheese, calabrian chili cornbread and coleslaw.
