Discovering Burgundy

Join owner Samuel Gosselin at Joséphine on Sunday, October 11th to taste your way through the wines of Burgundy. As part of their first monthly food and wine pairing, the team will present a five-course prix fixe of French dishes from chef Stefano Quaresima, prepared to accompany the bold flavors of Bourgogne.
