Dinner Gets Wild at Sel de la Terre

On Tuesday, November 9th it’s the folks from Long Wharf’s turn to get gamey when Sel de la Terre hosts their Autumn Game Dinner. Working with fresh produce from their own Apple Street Farm, chef de cuisine Chris Bauers and his kitchen crew will whip up a wildly delicious five-course menu of pheasant, duck, quail, rabbit and venison.
