Dine Among the Rosés at Miel

On Wednesday, July 22nd, that quintessential beverage of Provençal cuisine, rosé, takes center stage at Miel Brasserie. Chef Josean Rosado gives the under-appreciated pink drink its due with an al fresco wine dinner in the InterContinental’s waterfront gardens. Guests can enjoy three inspired courses from elegant patio tables overlooking Fort Point Channel or – if they’re feeling particularly festive, they can opt to dine on complimentary fleece blankets for a true piquenique. Guests will even be treated to some special rosé inspired takeaways courtesy of the InterContinental Boston health club and spa. The evening, which costs $50, begins at 6:30pm.
