Chez Henri Hosts Biodynamic Dinner

A longtime fan of biodynamic wines – they’ve been on the Chez Henri list since way back in 2006 – chef Paul O’Connell gives diners a chance to get to know some of his favorites at a Biodynamic Wine Dinner. On Thursday, June 24th, he’ll be matching four organic selections with a four equally organic courses. Dinner starts at 7:00pm and costs $65 per person – a small price to pay for dishes like Allen Farm pork with Tabor Farm veggies and cheddar grits; and wild rhubarb and almond napoleon.
