Chef Tim Wiechmann at The Beard House

The James Beard House, New York’s one and only location to meet the world’s culinary elite in a classic domestic setting, welcomes Tim Wiechmann of T.W. Food and Bronwyn for a Bohemia to Bavaria dinner. On Wednesday, December 18th the Somerville and Cambridge-based chef will be preparing an assortment of Deutschland-inspired dishes paired with outstanding German wines and, of course, a few beers, too. Guests will get an up close look at the preparations and have a chance to chat with Wiechmann in person. This prix fixe dinner starts at $130 for members of the Beard Foundation and $170 for the general public. Reservations can be made online on the James Beard House website, but if you can’t fly down to NYC on a moment’s notice for dinner, you can always catch up with Wiechmann at T.W. Food or Bronwyn.
