Chef Kevin Crawley’s Cooking Tutorial

On Tuesday, February 27th chef Kevin Crawley welcomes guests to join him in the kitchen at Coriander in Sharon for a poultry primer, with a focus on chicken. Crawley’s menu will showcase his skill with chicken with preparations like French style Forestiere with duxelles; involtine with prosciutto and telleggio; and panko-crusted with sauce Montmorency.
