The Southie spot is hosting three winemakers in their back dining room, where each of the producers will be pouring two samples from their vineyards. Meet the trio — Alberto Medici of Medici Ermete in Emiglia Romagna, Alberto Chiarlo of Michele Chiarlo in Piedmont and Roberto Pighin of Pighin in Friuli — and be treated to paired dishes for each vino from Capo’s Chef de Cuisine Ciro Fedora. This won’t be your standard sit-down wine dinner.
