If you wish they all could be California wines, make your way to Clink. at the Liberty Hotel on Thursday, April 25th for a special dinner featuring wines from Domaine Carneros Brut to Sequoia Grove Cabernet. Chef Daniel Kenney has some lovely courses lined up including Brown Butter Basted Atlantic Halibut with Spring Dug Parsnips and Orange; and Hudson Valley Duck Bolognese with Hand Cut Egg Noodles and Goat’s Milk Cheddar (check out the full menu below).

Dinner costs $115 per person and you can snag your spots here by the deadline of Tuesday, April 23rd at 4:00pm. The dinner kicks off at 6:30pm with a glass of bubbles and some Wellfleet oysters to get you California dreamin’ before sitting down to dinner, just be sure to get down to Beacon Hill a little early so you don’t miss a sip. If you feel like a nightcap after dinner, stick around for the hotel’s Fashionably Late fashion show at 10:00pm, which will feature looks from Bogosplit.
