Celebrate Global Champagne Day in Southie

A national celebration of sparkling wine is not enough — head to Capo in South Boston on Thursday, October 27th to toast Global Champagne Day on a world-wide scale over a chic five-course tasting menu. Chef Ciro Fodera and crew have loads of authentic Italian-inspired bites all paired up with bubblies from The Boot  – think: Tuna Crudo with caviar, pine nuts, capers and Sardinian paper bread paired with Labrusca Emilio Bianco; and Steamed Black Bass with warm shrimp cruda & clam salad, grape leaves, cracked olive and citrus paired with Animante Franciacorta Extra Brut.

You can check out the full menu below and then grab a spot for the soiree here. Dinner, which starts at 6:30pm, cost $120 per person; give them a call at 617.993.8080 with any Qs, and follow them on IG for Prosecco pics and reels, plus any updates.
