Boston University’s Taste of Elegance

On Monday, January 29th, using pork as their medium, chefs from Boston’s finest dining destinations showcase their culinary artistry at Boston University’s Taste of Elegance. In an ode to the other white meat, chefs pit their pork dishes against one another to see whose will be crowned Best Pork Dish and Crowd Favorite. Participating chefs include last year’s champion Jason Santos of Gargoyles, Josh Ziskin of La Morra, Kevin Crawley of Coriander Bistro, Carolyn Johnson of Rialto, Marc Orfaly of Pigalle and Jamie Bissonnette of Eastern Standard.
