Bone Up Beer Dinner

Bone Up Brewing Instagram

The Foundry on Elm crew says farewell to summer with the last beer dinner of the season, featuring their friends from Bone Up Brewing. Get over to Somerville on Thursday, September 21st to mentally prepare for fall over brews from the Everett-based beermakers as paired with a two-course menu from chef Shayne Nunes.

Snag a barstool or book a table in the dining room (between 4:00 and 10:00pm) to enjoy an Enigma Saison matched with late season melons and serrano ham followed by a Bone King Belgian Tripel accompanied by chicken with peri peri spices and roasted potatoes. The satisfying little spread, available in addition to the regular menu, will only set you back $45 per person.

If you can’t make it this week, mark your calendar for the third Thursday of every month – it’s an easy peasy way to explore local and regional breweries and hang with your fellow beer lovers. If you have Qs, give them a buzz at 617.628.9999 and keep an eye on their IG and FB for news on next month’s featured brewery.
