Chef-owner (and cookbook author and television host) Ming Tsai and his team at Blue Dragon are collaborating with their friends from Collective Arts Brewing out of Hamilton, Ontario on an upcoming beer dinner. Mark your calendars for Monday, February 25th and plan on being in Fort Point for a multi-course menu matched with delicious and artistic brews from this grassroots beer co. where they promote artists through the sociability of craft beer – and wicked cool cans. The meal pairs bevvies like Prophets & Nomads Gose and Life in the Clouds NEIPA with goodies like lemongrass oysters and Asian duck confit hash, respectively.
