Forage’s one-year anniversary is approaching and Stan Hilbert and team are throwing a birthday wine dinner to celebrate. On Tuesday, April 18th, chef Eric Cooper will have a six-course prix fixe featuring some of the duo’s favorite farms and plates, paired with exclusive wines. The menu is available during dinner hours (5:30-10:30pm) for $69 per person with wine pairings for an extra $35.
