Babbo’s Valle d’Aosta Wine Dinner

Babbo Pizzeria

With ski season almost upon us, Babbo Pizzeria e Enoteca wants to get you thinking about the mountains. On Wednesday, October 25th, Chef Mario LaPosta is putting together a four-course dinner to pair with wines from the Valle d’Aosta, the mountainous region in northwestern Italy that is home to the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, and some really delicious grapes. Come explore a little-known region’s food and wine, with pairings like poached pears with fontina and focaccia with ‘Blanc de Morgex’ Prie Blanc or veal with cabbage and huckleberries and Bouquetin Gamay. Dinner is at 6:30pm for $95, including four courses and paired wines. For more information or to make your reservation online.
