On Thursday, August 15th, pig out at Pagu for their third birthday party. Chef Tracy Chang (also celebrating her birthday, along with her pug puppy, Pearl) will be joined by her Pagu pals Priscilla Capistrano and Amanda Ryan, each cooking a pair of Phillipine-style porkers with sides like garlic rice and pickled papaya, and friends Jonahtan Cardona and Jose Jimenez will roast a couple of pigs Mexican-style to be enjoyed with guacamole, pico de gallo, and tomatillo. The multifaceted celebration kicks off at 6:00pm, and your $45 ticket gets you a heaping helping of both flavors of pig with all the sides, plus special desserts including Chef Chang’s famous soft-serve.
