Forget farm-to-table — head right to the farm itself on a midsummer pilgrimage to Concord’s veggie mecca, Saltbox Farm, for a fabulous al fresco soiree. The height of harvest is here, and it’s time to celebrate the bounty at Saltbox Kitchen‘s chef Ben Elliot’s Westford Road homestead on Friday, August 19th from 6:00 to 8:00pm.

You’ll get to stroll the fields and see the crops while sipping beers from Saltbox Brewery (and select wines), and of course snack on sourced-on-site seasonal bites like Goat Cheese-Stuffed Saltbox Farm Sungold Tomato with sunflower seeds, basil, garlic and parmesan; Assorted Summer Flatbreads with Saltbox Farm veggies, herbs, cheese; and Concord Grape Creamsicles for dessert.
