606 Congress Celebrates Earth Day

Show the earth you care – head down to 606 Congress for their sustainably minded, locally sourced Earth Day Dinner on Friday, April 22nd. Chef Rich Garcia will take the bounty of the sea, which just happens to be right outside his window, as the night’s inspiration, crafting a four-course feast of local and sustainably caught gifts. And, just so you know exactly where that beautiful fish is coming from, the honored ingredient’s purveyors – the captains of the fishing boats used to catch the evening’s haul – will be in attendance, sharing information about the fish, their boats and themselves. The dinner, which starts at 7:00pm with a reception, costs $65 per person, from which $5 of each ticket sold will go to benefit Chefs Collaborative. Call 617.476.5606 to reserve your seat at the sustainable table.
