60 Years of Domaine Bourdy

Georgie's/Domaine Bourdy Wines

Get your wine tasting notebook ready because Georgie’s Wine Shop & Bar is having an extra special vertical tasting on Thursday, May 16th with wines from Domaine Bourdy that will span 60+ years. The iconic alpine producer from the Jura region of France maintains an impressive library of wines that goes back to the late 1700s, and you’ll get a chance to try six bottles that date back as far as the 1960s side by side, plus there will be vintages dating back to 1928 for sale.

Tickets for the tasting, which runs from 5:30 to 7:00pm, cost $250 per person (plus a small fee), and you can snag them here – orders must be in on or by Thursday, February 15th. Seating is limited to just 20 people, so don’t hesitate if you’re interested.

If you want to add a little nosh to your night, you can also add a selection of a la carte eats like Georgie’s chicchetti and bread, chips and dip, or artisanal cheese and meats. Keep an eye on the wine shop’s IG for any updates, and you can keep up with all their upcoming events this spring by bookmarking their events calendar here.
