Get an exclusive sneak peek (and taste) of what Stephanie Cmar’s been up to in the kitchen. On Thursday, July 30th, the new Fairsted Kitchen chef will share some debut dishes from her forthcoming dinner menu showcasing her culinary style—French-Italian, with a touch of the Middle East. A five-course family-style prix fixe will be served at the restaurant’s communal table with plates like grilled octopus with fingerling potatoes and chorizo, and pork kofte with tzatziki and marinated summer vegetables. Spirit Whisperer Will Isaza and sommelier Steve Bowman will collaborate on beverage pairings for the dinner with specialty cocktails and fine wines. The meal costs $75 per person, not including tax or gratuity, and seatings are available at 6:30 and 8:30pm. (Walk-ins and patio guests will be able to dine on a limited garde manger menu.) Reservations can be made by emailing events@fairstedkitchen.com or visiting the Fairsted website. Call 617.396.8752 with any questions.
