Chef-owner Will Gilson and the inexhaustibly flexible peeps at Puritan & Company have repurposed a portion of their dining room to house Puritan Provisions, a mini gourmet grocery store and take-out shop.

Puritan Provisions will feature pantry items (pickles, jams and Brian Mercury-made granola and ice cream) as well as grab-and-go sandwiches for breakfast and lunch (yes, the braised pork sandwich is on the menu), and bake-at-home dinners (think: eggplant parm or bbq chicken thighs). Items will rotate each week but everything will be available in-house for takeaway. If you’d prefer not to come inside, they’ll have a QR code in the window so you can order and pay and they’ll just bring your order right out to you.

The shop will be open Thursdays and Fridays from 12:00-4:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am-4:00pm. Peruse the full menu online here and start planning a weekend full of enjoy your deliciousness.
