Chef-owner Greg Reeves welcomes Victoria Zeune, a second semester student at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts (CSCA), to take over the kitchen at Viale on Wednesday, May 16th. Reeves, a CSCA alum himself, frequently partners with the culinary school (this will be the third collaboration dinner) to give up-and-coming cookers like Zeuner a chance to see what it’s like to run the show.
