Celebrate French independence with an all-out French fête. On Friday, July 15th, the French Cultural Center presents a Bastille Day block party in the Back Bay. From 6:00-11:00pm, you can enjoy live music from Ginkgoa and Emeline Michel and a la carte eats and drinks from local Gallic-leaning restaurants. Spots like La Voile, Bastille Kitchen and Bar Boulud will be offering dishes to fuel your dancing, plus plenty of French wine and beer. The 41st annual shindig will cover Marlborough Street between Berkeley and Clarendon—tickets are $28 each in advance online here, and $35 each day of (kids under 10 are free).
