Spring into, well, spring with Saltbox Kitchen. On Friday, May 13th, the Concord restaurant will be pulling from the bounty of Saltbox Farm for a prix fixe menu very much in season. The three-course offerings include plenty of greens, asparagus, spring peas and ramps. The dinner starts at 7:30pm with hors d’oeuvres (oysters, anyone?) and costs $85 per person.
