They challenge ambitious imbibers to try each and every one of their ninety cocktails on the revamped drink list (over many, many visits of course). Those who take on the task will receive their own personal copy of the list which Bar Manager (and creator of the fabled list) Todd Maul will sign each time a drink is drunk. Those who manage to complete the ambitious feat and join the Clio Cocktail Club will be rewarded with a private cocktail class and overnight stay at the Eliot Hotel.
