Whip out the ugliest Christmas sweater you can find and find your way to Blue Inc. on Monday, December 12th for an evening of scotch and sartorially suspect fun. Robin Robinson of Compass Box Scotches will be at the table (hopefully in something festively distasteful) leading guests in a discussion and tasting of scotch. Not to be outdone by the beverages and fashion statements, chef-owner Jason Santos has a hearty four-course meal of baby back ribs, pork cheeks and orange and fig cream pie planned. Whoever’s got the most garish sweater will take home a special prize (we hear they’re awarding extra points for the brave souls who don a silk robe atop the aforementioned ugliness). Dinner starts at 6:00pm and costs $50 per person, a price which covers the meal and tastings as well as a cigar party favor (because what’s scotch without a cigar).
