The official word has finally hit the airwaves – thanks to Twitter – that Jason Santos of Gargoyles on the Square will be among the next group of gluttons for punishment in the seventh season of Hell’s Kitchen.

And, as it turns out there’s another familiar face among the contestants on the upcoming season of Hell’s Kitchen. Benjamin Knack, who’s currently at the helm of Sel de la Terre Long Wharf will also be facing Gordon Ramsey’s wrath.
